Track-Focused Suspension. Engineered for Performance Baggers.

Stop the wobble. Fix the geometry. Ride with confidence. Performance Bagger Suspension provides race-tested suspension systems that transform Harley-Davidson Touring models from heavy cruisers into canyon carvers.

  • Tested by the PBS Race Team

Every component we sell is validated on the track under extreme braking, acceleration, and cornering loads.

  • Engineering First

We don’t just bolt on parts—we correct chassis geometry, damping, and rigidity to eliminate handling compromises.

  • The Complete System

Front and rear suspension must work together. We help match spring rates, ride height, and damping for a balanced chassis.

Track-Focused Suspension Engineered for Performance Baggers

Precision Shocks, Inverted Forks, and 3-Inch Drop Triple Trees—Proven by Our Own Bagger Race Team

Performance Bagger Suspension (PBS) designs track-proven suspension systems for modern performance bagger motorcycles. Our shocks, inverted forks, and 3-inch drop triple trees are not just engineered—they’re tested and validated by our own bagger race team in real race conditions.

By developing and pushing our components on the track, we gather real data, rider feedback, and performance insights that directly shape every product we release. What wins races is what ends up on your bike.

Complete Suspension Solutions for Track and Performance Baggers

Unlike brands focused solely on rear shocks or cosmetic upgrades, Performance Bagger Suspension engineers complete suspension systems designed specifically for performance baggers. Our shocks, inverted forks, and 3-inch drop triple trees are developed to work together—improving geometry, feedback, and overall handling balance.

Every PBS component is engineered to deliver:

  • Precise damping and control
  • Reduced front-end dive and chassis instability
  • Improved cornering confidence
  • Consistent performance under aggressive riding

This is suspension built for riders who push their bagger harder—and expect it to respond accordingly.

  • Built on the Track, Proven in Competition

Performance Bagger Suspension is not a catalog brand. Every product we design—shocks, inverted forks, triple trees, and steering components—is tested and validated on our own bagger race team before it ever reaches a customer.

  • Performance Without Guesswork

Every change we make—spring rates, damping, geometry—is driven by data, rider feedback, and race results. If it doesn’t perform on our race bikes, it doesn’t wear the PBS name.

  • Engineered Specifically for Performance Baggers

Performance baggers place unique demands on suspension systems due to their weight, power, and aggressive riding style. PBS designs every component with those demands in mind—no generic solutions, no compromises.

From 58mm inverted forks to race-height rear shocks and trail-shortening triple trees, PBS suspension is engineered for riders who push harder and expect more.

Optimized Geometry for Faster, More Confident Cornering

Handling starts with geometry. That’s why Performance Bagger Suspension re-engineered the offset on our 3-inch drop triple trees to shorten trail, improving steering response and overall agility.

By reducing trail, PBS triple trees allow the front end to:

  • Turn in faster
  • Feel lighter and more responsive
  • Require less rider input
  • Maintain stability while improving agility

The result is a bagger that feels more nimble, more predictable, and easier to corner—especially under aggressive riding and track conditions.

Inverted Front Forks Engineered for the Demands of Heavy Performance Baggers

Performance baggers place extreme loads on the front suspension—especially under hard braking and aggressive corner entry. That’s why Performance Bagger Suspension engineered our inverted front forks with massive 58mm outer tubes and 55mm inner tubes, giving us the structural strength needed to control the weight of modern bagger motorcycles.

The increased tube diameter allows PBS to run larger, stiffer springs, delivering firmer compression to resist front-end dive and maintain chassis stability under load.

Rear Racing Shocks Built for Maximum Cornering Clearance

Cornering performance on a bagger is directly tied to ride height and ground clearance. That’s why Performance Bagger Suspension offers 16-inch rear racing shocks, designed to raise the bike and provide significantly more lean angle for aggressive cornering and track use.

For street-driven performance baggers, PBS offers 13-inch street performance shocks that deliver balanced ride height, improved handling, and everyday rideability with aggressive capability

Performance Suspension Components—Race Tested

High-Performance Rear Shocks

Race-tested for consistent damping, control, and stability in aggressive performance bagger applications.
Race option: 16-inch rear racing shocks for increased ground clearance and cornering lean angle.
Street option: 13-inch street performance shocks for balanced ride height and performance handling.

Inverted Front Forks

Designed with 58mm outer tubes and 55mm inner tubes to support larger springs and stiffer compression—helping control heavy bagger weight under braking and cornering.

Why Stock Bagger Suspension Isn’t Enough

Factory Harley-Davidson Touring suspension is designed for comfort at highway speeds—not aggressive cornering or track-level riding. Stock 49mm forks flex under braking, causing excessive dive and instability. Rear suspension is often too low, limiting lean angle and causing hard parts to drag. Performance Bagger Suspension specializes in inverted fork conversions, remote reservoir shocks, and geometry correction components that mechanically lock the bike to the road. Don’t just upgrade your chrome—upgrade your physics.
